Rev. Jay Bijend Prasad
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rev. Jay Prasad is the Executive Director of Connect Global Ministry. He was born in Fiji and lives in Cork City Ireland and has been in ministry for thirty years. He is married to Donna and has two sons Joshua and Jared. Pastor Jay ministers in Ireland, United Kingdom, Europe, and the nations of the world.
This vision has come to him in a place of prayer and intimacy with Christ. The Lord has placed His burden upon his heart to carry this Gospel to the ends the earth. Our Master has commissioned him to preach the Gospel, Revive the churches and to teach and train Pastors and leaders for ministry.

Rev. Joe Hewson Turagasau
DIRECTOR - OCEANIA
Rev. Joe Hewson Turagasau is an ordained minister of the Assemblies of God in Fiji, currently serving as the senior pastor at Caubati AOG Church. He also holds the roles of national administrator and property officer for AOG Fiji. His Christian journey began at Calvary Temple AOG Church in Suva, and his extensive ministry career has taken him across several churches in Fiji.
Rev. Turagasau holds a BA in English and Geography, a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching, and a Diploma in Educational Management. Known for his transformative leadership, much like the biblical Nehemiah, he has revitalized his congregants' spiritual lives while serving in the Ministry of Education, Fiji, for 33 years and ministering across several Fijian churches as a teacher, principal, and pastor.

Ansi Paul
DIRECTOR - ASIA
Ansi Paul is from Hyderabad, India. At the age of 17, her life was transformed when she experienced the overwhelming love of Jesus and heard His voice calling her. From that moment, she dedicated herself to His ministry, traveling across South and North India to bring the Good News of the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to those unreached.
Her journey took a beautiful turn when she married Evangelist Paul Charles Finney. Together, with hearts full of passion and guided by the Great Commission in Matthew 28, they embarked on a mission to share His Love and Grace. They have traveled to different parts of India and the world, spreading His message and working as a family to expand His kingdom. The Vision has become their Mission.

Pastor Fidel Collins Odhiambo
DIRECTOR - AFRICA
Pastor Fidel Collins Odhiambo, married to Susan K. Odhiambo, is a dedicated servant of God, blessed with four children: Antony Imani, Jude Emmanuel, Ruhama Vick-Anne, and Donna Jezreel Amanda. Additionally, they have opened their home to two more daughters, Pamela Atieno and Annastacia Bahati, who are without parents.
Born and raised in Kenya, Pastor Fidel lives in the western part of the country along Lake Victoria in Mbita, Suba North Sub-County, Homa-Bay County. A devoted believer filled with the Holy Spirit, he and his wife have been serving as pastors in Mbita Town since their ordination in 2015, following their training at the Word of Faith Bible School.
With experience in mission work across various parts of Africa, Pastor Fidel is eager to collaborate with Connect Global to further their mission across the continent.

Joshua Prasad
DIRECTOR - EUROPE
Joshua Prasad is the eldest son of Rev. Jay and Donna Prasad. He is currently studying for his Doctorate in Social Science and Psychiatry at University College Cork City, Ireland. Joshua has felt the calling into full time ministry through helping people with social challenges and Pastoral Counselling. The Lord has also gifted him with the ministry of prayer and intercession, standing in the secret place and seeking the Lord for individuals and nations.
Joshua had an early experience in mission work when he went to the South Pacific with his mum and dad where they were missionaries for ten years. Through the inspiration of his dad he has got a good grounding in the Word of the Lord and in prayer. Joshua has dedicated his life for the service of the Master, and he wants his life to be a source of encouragement and blessing to the body of Christ universally. Also he wants his life to be an inspiration to the younger generation coming up to a deeper walk in Christ
